In 1992, they founded 3rd DIMENSION Architects, starting with a modest residential project. Their firm contributed to Lebanon’s reconstruction and embraced technology early, adopting CAD software and later BIM systems to refine their designs. Facing economic hardships, they diversified into real estate appraisal and consultancy to sustain their business. A pivotal moment came in 2000 with the successful completion of a grand residence in Chemlane, cementing their reputation. Today, their firm is a thriving community of architects and designers, offering personalized and innovative spaces.
