The REDSTONE investment and development group was founded in 2015 by czech entrepreneur Richard Moravek. Before the establishment of REDSTONE, Richard Morávek was at the birth of the business and social centre Galerie Šantovka in Olomouc, which has been among the ten largest and most successful centres in the Czech Republic for a decade. Our goal is to bring our own projects to the market with unique architectural solutions, high quality workmanship and timeless concepts. REDSTONE Group’s portfolio is diversified. It includes projects ranging from retail, residential projects, logistics and industrial parks, office parks to brown field revitalization and construction of new urban districts. Our activities are not limited to real estate investments, we are also involved in their management in order to further develop the projects and oversee their successful operation on a daily basis.
