Beaudet et SaucierMulti-Residential Developer of the Year - Québec 2026

For more than 40 years, Beaudet et Saucier has been building more than homes—we have been building a legacy of quality, innovation and long-term value.

Founded by Alain Saucier and Claude Beaudet with a single residential building, the company has grown into a fully integrated Quebec real estate enterprise with nearly 3,000 apartments and its own construction division. Today, the second generation, Daniel and François Saucier and Simon Beaudet, continues the founders' vision while bringing a strong culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Our integrated approach allows us to develop, build, own and manage our communities with a long-term perspective. Because we remain involved throughout the entire lifecycle of our properties, we continually learn, improve and reinvest in what we create.

Our ambition is simple: to offer exceptional homes and communities while delivering the best possible value to our residents. After four decades of growth, our greatest measure of success remains the same : creating places people are proud to call home and building a company designed to endure for generations.
